I’ve been going to Cinco’s for quite a while now, and they always do a great job with my hair. They normally have a soft yet firm hand with a razor, treating my neck like a stubborn child who won’t eat their dinner. I’ve never had any complaints—until my visit two days ago.
Again, they always do a great job with my hair. Every now and then she’d hit a tangle and pull a bit of hair, which is definitely a normal part of any haircut, but I appreciated the kindness and apologies nonetheless.
Then we arrived at the razor.
It went from a kind, gentle, relaxing haircut to what must be the equivalent of a Roman battle, with my skin being the target of her vicious, unrelenting crusade against my poor, defenseless neck. Now, I’ll give credit where it’s due—she got a skin-tight, hairless shave. But I definitely could have done without the cut on the back of my neck that seemed more like a botched murder cover-up than a slight oopsie.
    Unfortunately, the carnage carried on.
The next target in this ruthless war on hair was under my jawline, and after 48 hours, that slight cut feels like a fond memory of better times. I can only assume my neck owed her money and she was out to collect. With the way she scraped that razor down my neck, I could practically feel the razor burn forming right then and there.
Now, almost two days later, my neck has gone from a clean-shaven, well-groomed look to what I can only describe as the world’s itchiest Braille notebook.
Tragically, while I was still recovering from the war waged on my neck, I called in to ask for recommendations on how to get some relief. Instead, I was met with a sense of bewilderment on the other end of the phone. I almost had to do a double-take to make sure I hadn’t accidentally called a random woman.
Unfortunately, there was no relief to be found—not in the form of a recommendation to stop the never-ending, pimple-ridden fire burning across my neck, nor even an apology.
She did a great job on the fade though

been going here for about a year now, most inconsistent barbershop by far, sometimes I would leave happy and sometimes I would leave looking worse than i came in, today was the final straw, the lady cutting my hair doesn't even speak english which wouldn't be a problem but I cant even communicate to her what haircut I want without a translator and she did a terrible job today, i asked for a little less than an inch off my hair and she cut at least 2 inches, everybody who works there seems extremely inexperienced and I do NOT recommend going here and the only reason I have been coming here so long is because I could not find anywhere else to go. If i could have gave it 0 stars I would have.

I often get my haircut here. They do a good job and take their time. Also I never have to wait long if at all when I go in last minute.

This barbershop is classy and the staff are so friendly. I was in town for my daughters wedding and needed a beard trim, I was a walk in and was in the chair in a shorter span then I expected, maybe waited 15-20 minutes. This place is clean and had it going on, thank you Cinco brothers.

I forgot to ask for the guys name that did my haircut but he did an amazing job. It may be the best haircut I have ever got. If you want a good fade this is your place.

Probably the worst thing to ever happen at a barber shop. At least communicate the mistake, and i would’ve gone higher or shorter, rather than walking around looking like this. If I didn’t go get this fixed, everyone would ask who did this and never want to go here.

I have always been taken care of very well at this barber shop. I always feel top notch coming out of this place. The staff are super friendly and professional. I get styled by Pearla in Loveland and see her twice a month. She keeps my style fresh constantly. I'm over half a hundred years old and have been to many barbers in my life, I think I have found my place here! Highly recommend!
