This place steals money from people. I tried to cancel my membership and the first person I spoke to told me I had to come in to do so. This is not possible for me. I called again and was finally given an email to cancel. They charged me $49.99 and my $9.99 monthly fee. I asked for a refund, as I tried to cancel before these charges, and was told no. I will never use this gym again. They have gotten hundreds of dollars from me over the years and refused to simply refund the last payments as I no longer desire to attend their gym.

I love Chuze! Been going here for almost 1.5 years now. They even have a location near my parent's house in California, so I've gone there a few times as well. Fantastic amenities & good people. Not much more you could ask for.

Paid for the day to take a class with my hubs. They said over the phone I could and would reserve for me. Came in, paid the $10 fee, "ohh the class is full". No one reserved me. Decided to just reserve for the gravity chair while he's in the class with my ticket. It wouldn't work. Walked out in my socks to have them turn it on. Ohh, two chairs dont work and there is a line for the one chair that does. I was like man! This place is a mess! (which is why I cancelled my membership before). The guy just looked at me like I was a Karen and said nothing. If I can't depend on you guys then there is no value for me to be here.

The morning team at the Loveland location are all amazing . They are always welcoming everyone with a huge smile. I love that after going there a few times they know me by my name and even know what I like to order. they keep this gym smelling and feeling clean.!

The atmosphere was great! I really liked the variety of people there...all ages, all sizes. Fitness equipment was fun to use. Staff extremely friendly

Really enjoy the different types of classes offered. The sauna and pool are huge bonuses and the variety of machines, weight bearing equipment and free weights really opens up programming. Plus the price is unbeatable
