Great company to work with ... trying to figure out issues with our new home and they were very good about helping us understand the new equipment (tankless water heater) and helping us get hot water faster. They didn't try to oversell us on things we didn't need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.
We had a kitchen plumbing emergency. The plumber got to us in a few hours and quickly fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional, discussing the problem and how he was going to correct it. And he did. Thank you Chambers for great, quick, and friendly service. Oh, and he kept me informed with messages.
Austin came to service our tankless water heater and he was amazing. He did a complete review of every component, flushed the water heater out, and made recommendations (with no pressure at all) about things we could do to prolong the life of the water heater. He took his time and answered all our questions. He was pleasant and professional.
