My partner and I used Catalyst Inspections for both our pre-inspection on the house we are selling as well as the inspection on our new home. The whole process has been very easy to manage through their online scheduling. Josh was the inspector on both houses. He has been friendly and professional. In addition to the thorough report, we have really appreciated his willingness to walk us through everything and answer any of our questions. We both feel much more confident and informed as we move forward in the buying process.
Josh did a great job, very thorough and professional. He checked everything imaginable and gave great feedback. The report also was completed very quickly. I ordered the radon test at the last minute, but it was also completed within a quick turnaround. I was very pleased with the services and give them my highest recommendation.
