“The only reason I cannot give a 5 star rating is because of how long it took to finish our project and the measuring and manufacturing issues. The measurements were way off when our installer came to do the project which entailed a vent hood, and six pullout drawers. He was only able to do part of the hood at the first appointment and none of the pullout drawers because the measurements were so off. I would like it to be known that our installer was Brandon. He was fantastic and deserves 5 stars for his work. He was very professional and calm and did excellent work. Tharp is very fortunate to have such a conscientious and skilled employee. Hang on to him. We love our finished project and will recommend Tharp but you need to fix some of your production issues.“
