Ben with C3 Property Management was fantastic to work with. He did a wonderful job walking me through the process of renting out my home. C3 Property Management did all the work finding a tenant, background checks, showing the property, and providing the lease. I especially like that they offer the option of either just finding a tenant to full on property management.
Ben diligently worked with our unique situation and provided us tip top care for our 3 rental properties! He was always available to help us when needed, and our renters were very impressed with his work and responsiveness. When the time came to sell our rentals he helped us sell the properties as well and was magnificent to work with.
