Very friendly staff, willing to bill your insurance for you for the tow. I had my vehicle picked up very quickly.
Because of their customer service, I had my vehicle towed to their shop instead of a shop I previously used for over 20 yrs, due to their change in ownership and lack of customer service.

Kevin really came through for us. After a horrible accident, our vehicle had to stay in the yard for well over a month because of legal processes, and at every step he was accommodating, sincere, and easy to work with. It’s obvious he cares about people, not just his job. He stayed polite, patient, and genuinely helpful through a long, complicated situation, which made a big difference for us. Hard to ask for better service than that. I’d absolutely recommend Kevin and his company to anyone who needs a tow.
These guys were my heros, flat out. My hyundai literally blew up and these guys got it towed into the shop, the mechanics had the engine replaced and me back on the road in less then two weeks even with me struggling to find a replacement engine.
