After my parents were in an accident, Blue Ribbon took care of towing their car from the scene. When my dad wanted his car back, Robert worked with me long distance over the phone. He was extremely kind, efficient, and helpful in making that happen the same day and he also answered a ton of questions for me about the whole process. I always use Blue Ribbon Towing for car problems. They're always very quick and very friendly ? I locked my keys in my car at a school this morning and called Blue Ribbon to come get them out for me. He just happened to be in the neighborhood and was there in less than 10 minutes. It only took him a few minutes and he got my car open and did not charge for his services ? That's crazy, right? Had a flat tire tonight while in downtown Loveland. Then discovered the factory lug wrench didn't fit the nuts. Called two other towing companies that didn't even answer the phone. I'm glad I got to these guys!! They came right out and helped me change the tire and I absolutely couldn't beat the price. Top notch company with top notch service!! Thank you!
