I had an excellent experience with Johnny and his crew. The team was punctual, worked hard and quick, very courteous of my property, and did a great job at an affordable price. Johnny, the owner, was quick to respond to any communications, text / e-mail / phone. Johnny also showed up on site multiple times to ensure the work was being done properly and new the city code which other companies didn't help me navigate the claim with my insurance. I couldn't recommend Belmarez Roofing more. They additionally did some fence replacement work for me, and it looks great.
All aspects of this reroof project were excellent. Johnny was a pleasure to work with and the crews were respectful and efficient.
