The whole staff is great, the Dr that saw me was very friendly and even got me in early! The ladies upfront were all so nice and Kristy was so fun helping me choose my frames.

Appointment was quick and simple! They made me feel very welcomed all of the staff was smiling and joking playfully which each other, Kristy helped me and she was very nice and funny! Will come back!

My experience at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses was amazing. Dr. Hoffmann was very kind and professional and saw me in a very timely manner. When the exam was over I met with Tabatha to talk about Glasses where I informed her that I was unable to purchase New Glasses that day and she was amazing she completely understood my situation and helped me get a printed copy of my prescription and was very kind. The customer service at the Loveland CO location was amazing and I will definitely be returning to America's Best in the future.

Kristy was really friendly and great at helping me check out the frames. AB had a good selection including the magnetic add ons, unfortunately the styles just didn’t work with my face. I ended up finding frames that I will take to Mexico and have the lenses made there. Fair prices, great service.

I asked for longwear contacts because its difficult for me to take them out every day so I was surprised to find out they gave me ones I need to take out every day. I gave them a try and yep couldnt get one out without great difficulty. Called to cancel the follow up and told the receptionist my issue and was told Well contacts arent for everyone. Ignored my concern about not getting what I asked for.
