I always like going to this place. They seem to be very thorough. My wife and I both go every 4-6 weeks. If I were going to say something negative, it would be that when you select your treatment and the times given for say the leg massage 15 min. They have never done more than 5 min and that’s being generous. Their prices seem fair. I would not recommend the top of the line one that involves steam. Seems like it doesn’t do anything besides make the air around you slightly more humid. All and all they do a good job just wish a little more time was taken instead of feeling like they just beee to get to the next customer. The staff at 5 Stars were very nice, and started my appointment on time.
I booked gel extensions, and they were acceptable. I was disappointed that my cuticles weren't cleaned up or trimmed before they were applied, and there was quite a bit of a gap between my cuticle and the gel extension. I think my biggest challenge was the thickness of the tip of the extensions. They felt heavy and thick and that made everyday things more difficult.
It seems that they take walk-ins and try to see each person who comes in, which is great, but I think that causes them to be rushed.

I had the pleasure of having Steven do my nails today and he was amazing. Very creative and professional. His attention to detail is above and beyond. I let him do what he wanted as he said he likes to be creative and he didn’t disappoint. I will be requesting when I go in moving forward
