“Update: Obviously we have to wait for his hair to grow back, but the owner did call me today to make it right. She refunded our card and invited us back for a redo once his hair grows back out. She was polite, kind and professional. I look forward to going back in 8-10 weeks and giving an additional update at that time. Hopefully to 5 stars with a great haircut for our little man.
We brought him in to get a haircut for his second birthday. This is our second haircut we’ve gotten with Sharkeys. The first one, the lady listened and barely took any off the top as we like it long. This is the hair we came in with, the haircut we requested being long on top and now here we are… super short. Super not what we wanted and super disappointed since his birthday party is this weekend. It’s choppy, not even, and to “correct” that will just be to make it shorter and worse. Won’t be going here again and would no longer recommend especially to pay almost $40 for it to be messed up. So thanks to the lady who cut his hair for our appt today 04/25 at 4:40pm.“

“In case you need a reminder that good and kind people still exist in this world: I found Jacob in my hour of need. Just had surgery and hadn’t been able to wash my hair yet, got to him looking like a whole greaseball. I had called probably 5 different places and nobody could squeeze me in just for a hair wash, but he said hey, if you can get here I can get you washed quickly (I think while his actual client had her dye processing). He met me with sympathy, kindness, and absolutely no judgement on the state of my hair.
I have never dyed my hair, but trust Jacob with my life now and will be booking with him any time I need a haircut. The actual clients hair looked amazing. Jacob’s talent with dye speaks for itself, but I wanted the time to speak to his kindness and humanity. Thank you for taking the time to go out of your to do a kind thing for someone who needed it. “I have been going to Jenna for close to two years because of a referral, and she is an extremely talented hair stylist. Other stylists have told me my hair is difficult to cut, due to it being thick and somewhat wiry, so I have a hard time finding people who are able to cut it to what I consider a decent standard.
