I went in earlier today for a massage and it was fantastic!!
The massage therapist, Jeremy, was excellent. I came in because of some tension in my neck and shoulders that had been bugging me. He took the time to listen to was going on and really paid attention to what I needed from moment to moment.

Additionally the facilities were excellent. Great head rests that didn’t scrunch or hurt my face, heated tables, and great front desk works.

I had had another massage by Dina but the 2nd massage wasn't as good. It felt rushed and Dina and I did not connect like the 1st time.
Today I had a 2nd massage with Ivy and I think she may be favorite. Very intuitive and had some great suggestions to help a couple of problem areas and gave referral for an acupuncturist. One of the best massages I've ever had!

I just had my 1st massage at Elements and I have to say it was one of the best massages I've ever had! Dina had amazing hands and was just right in the pressure she used. Highly recommend the hot stones!

I had a great experience at Elements Massage in Louisville. I went in for my first massage ever and Ivey my massage therapist made me feel super comfortable. Ivey was amazing! It was a very relaxing experience and I will be back again!
