My baby was born premature & needed oxygen to go home. It was a struggle to get these people to give me a new tank after 3 days. I had to call every day & when she was about to run out & I was in tears they finally took me serious. They were NEVER able to give me a set time to come to my house they always gave me 4 hour ranges and they created 2 profiles for my daughter so they kept missing notes.
One guy came over and dropped of some tanks and showed me how to work them & he hooked my baby up to a new tank but did not turn it on. I only noticed it was off when I moved it and my baby had been with out oxygen for like 20 minutes. They had me do a sleep test on my...read full review
Heart Dr referred me for an overnight oximetry (at home sleep study). This was the place to pick up the device I had to wear. It was a little tricky at first doc had to send the request several times. They called and texted me to pick up the device, but when I called them back they had no record of me needing one. Finally got it all resolved. They had one available for me next day pick up. Apria was easy to find, lots of parking and the staff was helpful. The loaner device i got seems high quality and clean, packaged with good instructions. Not sure what my bill from this place will look like yet but so far so good. Decent experience with this company.
I have experienced many great service !! I want to mention Grabrile, Brenda and Alisa with remarkable customer service !! And the terrific delivery men awesome customer care and service to me: Ricgo, Adam and Logan. These guys are GREAT !! Super helpful and Highly professional.
