Rebecca Smith is amazing. She always makes the time to ask good questions and listen to my answers. Then has great recommendations for me to try. I have been seeing Rebecca for a few years and her assistant Alex although is newer also does a great job. I recommend Dimensions Pain Management Advent Health highly.
Besides the wait time at this clinic being quite long, I love being a patient here! My provider, Rebecca Smith, is very kind, funny and dedicated to my care. She always explains things very thoroughly and sets up treatment plans that I can understand. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now for various chronic pain disorders and she has helped me significantly. I recently visited the emergency room and had an outstanding experience. Every staff member and doctor I interacted with was kind, respectful, and truly understanding. They made me feel at ease and completely comfortable during a stressful time. The facility was very clean, and I was seen quickly--I didn't have to wait long at all for my tests, including X-rays, CT scans, and lab results. If I ever need to go to an ER again, I will definitely return to this location. By far the best emergency room experience I've had.
