Besides the wait time at this clinic being quite long, I love being a patient here! My provider, Rebecca Smith, is very kind, funny and dedicated to my care. She always explains things very thoroughly and sets up treatment plans that I can understand. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now for various chronic pain disorders and she has helped me significantly. Even when things aren’t working, Rebecca does not give up and will keep finding options to help improve my health. I would recommend this clinic and my provider, Rebecca Smith. I recently visited the emergency room and had an outstanding experience. Every staff member and doctor I interacted with was kind, respectful, and truly understanding. They made me feel at ease and completely comfortable during a stressful time. The facility was very clean, and I was seen quickly--I didn't have to wait long at all for my tests, including X-rays, CT scans, and lab results. If I ever need to go to an ER again, I will definitely return to this location. By far the best emergency room experience I've had.
I have been working with them for awhile. I have found Missy (Melissa) Smith to be exceptional. First of all, she listens to you and works with you to find your solution. I just cannot say enough about her. Yesterday I had a procedure done by Dr. Wernick. He nailed the area to be injected, and he did that by asking questions and listening. I love his smile. I could not be happier with this group.
