Fantastic class—just what I needed. It was my first hot yoga class at Yoga Pod, and the heat was intense yet energizing. The instructor’s clear and encouraging guidance made the flow both approachable and challenging, leaving me feeling stronger, calmer, and ready for the day. Can't wait to come back andstart my trial period.

Great studio and wonderful instructors. Trying to get 70 years of stiffness out of this old body is a bit of a challenge. I’m usually not that disciplined so I can’t believe I keep going back. Gotta be good ?
