Don't walk, run to schedule your appointment with Alisha Stephenson! She works magic with styling, but my favorite part of the visit is how relaxed I feel at the end. Alisha takes her time, asks questions, makes recommendations based on my hair (and my mood), and I always learn something new about how to style my hair. I've never had a stylist that is gentler with my hair and never appears rushed... and she always makes me laugh.
Alisha is AMAZING!! She is super dedicated to her clients and willing to take the time it takes to have a proper job done and more. I went in last minute for full fashion color on my looong hair. She was very up front about the cost and the time it would take. She went above and beyond to have me come back to have her curl it before our family photos. She had a great balance of chatting and letting me just enjoy the process. I was very uncertain what I wanted done and told her what I didn't want and allowed her to take the reigns and let the creative juices flow and the end result was more than I could have dreamed it to be.
I had a confirmed 5:30 appointment with Alisha so I arrived at 5:15. Someone there told me she was not in the salon but would be back by 5:30. I waited until 5:46 and she never showed up so I just went home. I was not given any notice that she would be late or needed to cancel. Very unprofessional.*Addendum: Alisha texted me later apologizing and offered a free haircut which was a much appreciated gesture.
