I cannot express enough how great Harvey and Stephanie are! With the temperature hitting triple digits today Harvey was booked solid and unable to get to me, but he and Stephanie took time to help me trouble shoot why my AC wasn’t working. Walked me through several things that could be the issue and what to do. I was able to get it up and running thanks to their help. Thank you!
I recently has a new furnace installed and was looking around for a good, reliable contractor to perform the install. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at the prompt, courteous, and friendly service that the entire Tri-City team provided. All the way from the initial contact to the final installation! They followed up, answered all of my questions (and I had a few), and, the team even cleaned up after the installation work was completed! Great job! Thank you!
Talk about customer service, well Tri-County H&C is the perfect example of it. from the moment you call for an appointment until the time Harvey comes out to service your equipment. You are treated like a person not a number on an invoice. They are very professional yet friendly, and will answer any questions you may have. They are also very fair with their pricing. I’ve already have plans for them to return in spring for my air conditioner, maintenance, and again in fall for my furnace maintenance. I would highly recommend them!
