I had a wonderful experience with Christina. She listened, helped alleviate my headache, and really knows the body. I enjoyed the sound bowls; left feeling more grounded and empowered. Highly recommend!

Christina has created a very safe, nurturing space to help people heal. She intuitively knows what you and your body need; what tones and instruments to use. I went to Christina to I the hopes of releasing trauma my body was holding from experiencing a subarachnoid brain aneurism last year. At one point during my session, I actually saw, in my minds eye, what I will call a brown fog coming off my midsection and dissipating. It was an amazing experience. I would recommend Christina to anyone!
