I used SAC for checking my AC & Furnace. The technician Steve was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained step by step what he was doing and showed me all the possible future issues that I should keep my eyes on them. No pressure at all to do extra repair or fixing. I was getting taken for a ride by another HVAC company and when I called SAC, they shot me straight on what I actually needed to have done. It’s difficult when you hire a professional to come work on something you may have no idea about but the folks at SAC walked through the estimate and why it was necessary.
