5-Stars +++A very heavy snow- and ice-load slid off our Grand County residence's roof, and as it came down it took a metal chimney and sewer vent with it. This left two holes in our roof that were exposed to melting snow, snow and rain. We needed emergency roof repairs ASAP to prevent water damage and possible mold issues. I contacted Nick Holbert of Rockies Roofing just before noon, and he sent a crew to our house that arrived late afternoon the same day!The temporary repairs were made just before more snow fell.
