We had a major water flood in our basement over night with a hose busting outdoors and the water seeping through the foundational ground supports. I wanted a local company (always trying to find the best locally - family owned and operated), not a commercial company that seems to just want the pay and not the preciseness of the error or fix. Larry and his team were punctual, clean, kind and QUICK. Larry took the time to explain the problem, came to the table with solutions and even better, was upfront and honest about costs and saving potential, especially knowing most insurances will not cover this type of damage.

Rapid Dry Restoration are my heroes! I had a break in my basement that seeped out for about week and I didn't have a flood, but the concern over the high humidity and potential for mold was a real issue.
