We had such a great experience with our recent pest control service! Chris was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made us feel really confident in the treatment plan. He even noticed things we didn’t even know we were dealing with yet!
It’s not always easy to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely kind, but this was exactly that. Highly recommend to anyone needing rodent or pest control—excellent service all around!

I had a great experience with Prime Pest Solutions. Chris was very friendly and helpful throughout the process as he responded to my initial inquiry super quick and got me scheduled for the next day. He arrived on time and completed the treatment quickly and professionally; he clearly knows what he's doing! I really appreciate how smoothly everything went. Although I hope not to need their services too often ? from now on I will be calling Prime for any past control issues that come up!

I was in the process of selling my home and the inspector found evidence of mice droppings in my small attic above the garage, which prompted a request from the buyers to have a further inspection done. I had two companies come out and they hired their own. Chris was the first person to inspect and it was lovely experience. He inspected the area and also walked the property for entry points and other issues. He was satisfied that the droppings were most likely old but he set some traps to see whether there was any activity and then returned a couple days later to check.
