Great experience w/ Planet Plumbing. Chase was communicative, detail oriented, competent, and kind. He corrected the prior homeowner's crappy installation and taught me how to better maintain the new installation. I called at 7 AM and they were onsite by 9:45. Pricing was fair. Ask for Chase when you call!
Update: Darren made a followup visit for a different problem and was also great. Helpful and informative, and fixed the problem. Second great experience with Planet Plumbing.
Josh from Planet Plumbing and Drain in Longmont was incredible to work with!! He arrived on time, was very thorough, and helped diagnose the reason for an interior ceiling leak that came from an unlikely source that took some investigating. He was kind and easy to work with, and even wore a mask when asked to help protect our immune compromised family - that made us feel very respected as clients! Appointment setting was easy and convenient and they got us scheduled 1st thing on a Sunday after calling on a Saturday night (it wasn't an emergency). [Update 7/23] The folks at Planet Pluming went above and beyond to help address the issue at my house and help explain the work. Their follow-up two technicians were exceedingly professional and thoughtful and tidy. They helped locate the main sewer line issue and repair a separate issue that had come up during the first visit, all against the cost of the original visit. I so appreciate their follow-up, flexibility, and stellar customer service. I'll look forward to working with them again in the future!
