The whole experience was great, we had two leaks that required professional experience and Justin did an excellent job diagnosing and then explaining our options. He was able to come out same day, gave us a fast quote on a new water heater, explained codes and permits needed then ran to get the new water heater to install all within 6 hours of me calling in the morning.
Two good experiences. Easy to schedule, quick, and very communicative. Thanks to our plumber Justin who worked on a tricky leak. It didn’t go how we initially thought but he kept us in the loop throughout and repaired it while being thoughtful about how to take care of our house. Appreciate it!
