MICHAEL was my plumber My house is 50 years old and I wanted to have my sewer line scoped to make sure it was not blocked with tree roots and would cause a flood in my House. He did the work, showed me the video, wrote me up his evaluation of the situation and gave me the video. I couldn’t ask for more.
We had a couple toilet issues and Planet Plumbing came out to give a free estimate. They also identified that our water pressure was very high. Our technician, Chase, was excellent and clearly explained our options. He was the same technician who returned to do the work, so he was already familiar with our situation. We've had great luck with Planet Plumbing in the past and, if ever needed, they will be the first we call.
The whole experience was great, we had two leaks that required professional experience and Justin did an excellent job diagnosing and then explaining our options. He was able to come out same day, gave us a fast quote on a new water heater, explained codes and permits needed then ran to get the new water heater to install all within 6 hours of me calling in the morning.
