White Dragon Longmont offers something for everyone and all skill levels! From young to old, novice to athlete - the instruction at this martial arts school is second to none! Sifu Dill takes the time to get to know each of the students and understand what they are looking for and what they need! Students are able to work within their skills and abilities yet are challenged to always improve!I started with the intent to just get a good workout - and was not disappointed! But I found so much more - confidence, balance and a second family! I consider myself very fortunate to be a part of this school and this family!

I have been training with Sifu Dill for almost two years at White Dragon. I am currently in 8th grade. I have become very strong and I feel like I could defend myself if someone attacked me. The workouts are very challenging and I have learned how to push myself beyond my comfort zone in class. The people who train at White Dragon are really nice and encouraging to me and to each other making it a really fun place to train. I used to competitively rock climb and I have found martial arts to be much more physically challenging while also being much more supportive to me as a student than rock climbing was. I highly recommend White Dragon!
