I previously completed (mostly) treatment with them when I had braces for a few years and the braces part of it went perfectly fine.
After switching companies for the most of the retainer portion afterwards, I requested they remove my upper wire retainer and they did so at no cost today; previously they removed the lower wire retainer as well.
I would recommend anyone in need to use their services!
