Dr. Ross and her staff are friendly, kind, and helpful! My daughter was nervous about braces when she got them, but was immediately put at ease. Dr. Ross finds commonalities with her patients and remembers details to have follow up questions even when appointments are months apart. She also has a very straightforward policy on cost and payment. While it won’t save you money to get braces off early, you won’t be charged any extra if they have to stay on longer, either. Very happy with Dr. Ross and her staff. We switched after having a very bad experience with another orthodontist. Dr. Ross was the complete opposite. She is knowledgeable, kind, authentic, and great about explaining her treatment plan. We will be back with my next child!
