I've been seeing Kim for massage about once a month for nearly 3 years now including through two pregnancies and post-partum periods. She is very friendly and flexible with scheduling. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally.
I especially appreciate her caution around germs. She is happy to mask if you ask and she is always communicates ahead of time if she or anyone in her home has been sick recently so you can make an informed decision on whether to reschedule or not. She clearly cares about her clients as individuals.
Kim has an incredible energy, great feel and excellent communication. I visited her a handful of times for prenatal massage during my pregnancy with my daughter. I have often felt awkward communicating my needs with massage therapists, which has at times made massages more stressful than relaxing, but I didn’t have this issue at all with Kim. She created an environment where I felt safe, seen, and held. She helped me tremendously with some weird pregnancy aches and pains. She also helped me from a maternal perspective, offering me insights to what labor and motherhood are like and what I could expect with both. Kim is fantastic! She gave me prenatal massages during most of my second and third trimester, and was instrumental in helping me feel better in between new pregnance symptoms and fatigue. Would highly recommend her to anyone who is pregnant and needs a massage!
