The practitioner has an incredible set of hands and is experienced in multiple techniques including Manual Lymph Drainage, deep tissue, and energy work like Reiki. Sessions are highly personalized—no two are ever the same—and are described as truly relaxing, even life-changing for conditions like chronic inflammation. Clients report visible physical changes and restored mobility. The space is clean, calm, and very comfortable, with an easily accessed location and plenty of parking. With a genuine commitment to restoring mind-body-spirit vitality, the practitioner is warm, easy to communicate with, and dedicated to fixing whatever the problem may be.
I highly recommend booking a session with Lara. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage and felt like a million bucks after. Not only did I feel less puffy and inflamed, but I left feeling looser and more aligned energetically. She released tension and emotions I didn’t even know I was holding on to! She is an amazing intuitive healer, and will definitely be returning.
Lara is the best lymphatic drainage specialist I have had work on me, hands down. During cancer treatment I had two different lymph drainage practitioners. A couple years later Lara was recommended. The difference was night and day. In the last year I tried three other practitioners. There wasn't even a close second to her results. So I have saved you the time of testing out other practitioners 🤣 In addition to her convenient Denver and Longmont locations, she offers a punch card to keep things economical. If you are on the fence- try her, you wont be disappointed.
I can't recommend Lara Henderson enough for lymphatic drainage! I found Lara this year after a strong recommendation from my trusted dermatologist and have really enjoyed my monthly sessions with her. Lara is incredibly knowledgeable of the lymphatic system and has shared so many great tips with me about caring for this important part of the body. At the same time, she has been a such a gift, helping me to relieve overall heaviness and eliminate the inflammation I often carry.
While the Longmont location is fairly close to where I live, I'm excited that I now have the option to see her at Nurture in Denver too - - I love that place!
