❤🔥🧊 This review is long overdue. I have been a member at Fire & Ice for a few months
and have absolutely loved my experience. The facility is beautiful, clean, and the owner (Jim) is an absolute delight (as are all the employees I've encountered too!). This is a no-pressure zone... I've had to modify my membership a few different times and they've been so amenable and accommodating every time. Life happens, they get it & they truly care. The amenities at this facility have helped with my recovery immensely and I am grateful that such a place exists in Longmont!!
My first visit to Fire & Ice I had the best experience with the compression boots after my run. I had never used them before and the staff were very informative and helpful during my visit.
My experience with Jamie for an Oxygen Rx facial at Fire & Ice was fantastic! The place was very clean and calming. The set-up was cozy and so relaxing. My skin was noticeably clearer and felt smoother after just one treatment! Jamie was very professional and communicative; I would highly recommend her. All the staff at Fire & Ice in general are very friendly and approachable (talk to Bridget)! I've also tried their sauna and cold plunge room (gifted by a generous friend) as well as their cryotherapy chamber in the past. Both are absolutely top notch services and will leave you feeling refreshed like none other!
