Great experience at Fire & Ice! Bridget was so welcoming and knowledgeable, and she took time to explain the different services and options available. The Fire & Ice room with infrared sauna and cold plunge was amazing! The spacious room is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed, and they provide towels, water, and timers. It was a fun social event, hanging out with friends while listening to our own music in the relaxing sauna, and seeing who could last the longest in the cold plunge. ❤🔥🧊 This review is long overdue. I have been a member at Fire & Ice for a few months
and have absolutely loved my experience. The facility is beautiful, clean, and the owner (Jim) is an absolute delight (as are all the employees I've encountered too!). This is a no-pressure zone... I've had to modify my membership a few different times and they've been so amenable and accommodating every time. Life happens, they get it & they truly care. The amenities at this facility have helped with my recovery immensely and I am grateful that such a place exists in Longmont!!
My first visit to Fire & Ice I had the best experience with the compression boots after my run. I had never used them before and the staff were very informative and helpful during my visit.
