Went there 3/27 for allergies. PA was pleasant and I was given a skin test. Told they would be in touch. Haven't heard a thing. Switched allergists.

I would not go close to this clinic ever again. I was in the worst pain in my life and was told it was hormones/ in my head. I have been the healthiest I have ever been since I left this clinic. Some really good people here though. The staff is horrible and they have a high turn over rate.

Over the last eight months I have seen nine different doctors and specialists trying to find answers for my condition. It has been a rough road. Exhausted and without hope, I entered IMMUNOe health clinic for my first appointment there. I was greeted warmly, professionally and was offered the courtesy of making copies for me. Our nurse was kind and patiently answered our questions.When Angela entered, her compassionate smile immediately set me at ease. I have trouble communicating so I always type up a message for my doctors. By this time, the story is long. Most doctors barely scan it, but Angela read it thoroughly. That meant a lot to us. Afterwards, she answered all of our questions. She explained what the plan is for going forward. She reassured us that we have not exhausted all the possibilities and that she would keep searching for answers. We felt hopeful that we had found a clinic that would not give up on finding the problem until everything that can be done has been done. We are so grateful that we found Angela and IMMUNOe health clinic.Ed in the laboratory was also very kind. If you are nervous around needles he is your guy! I hardly felt a thing and that goes for each vile transition. I wish I could take him with me to the other places for blood work.Last but not least, we were given multiple referrals to help us find answers and the scheduling associate was so patient and accommodating as she found available appointments for us. She wrote them down for us on separate cards with maps to each location. This was so helpful and above and beyond our expectations. She did this without a hint that it was a hardship for her.We felt valued and cared for during our visit today. Thank you!

Very happy with the service and expertise I have received. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I get infusions every three weeks for an Autoimmune condition and they have me in and out in a very professional and comfortable manner. Fingers crossed our strategy works, but just beginning this journey. Highly recommend if you are looking for a care team that truly cares and works with you to find a solution and protocall that works for you.

I have gone in three times for ivig treatment now, very pleased with both staff and treatment. Ben, Mandy, and Meagan have been the primary carers for me and they are all friendly, understanding, and sweet. Everyone in and around the office has been a joy to get to know.

I never leave reviews. However, I felt it necessary to let everyone know how great the provider Angela and nurse Jenna are. They went out of their way to take care of my family. This is a great office, and I highly recommend them if you're looking for loving, caring professionals!

Hung up on twice in two days. Is this place for real? Angela a PA wouldn’t let me speak on the call but continued to talk over me even when I would stop and explain how a courteous conversation works where one person speaks and another Listens, she didn’t seem to grasp this concept. She continued to talk over me and then said we are done and hung up. Really? Yesterday, another employee, whom I’m told is the manager, Jeanna, also hung up on me after I brought to her attention that their interpretation of my records was incorrect. Records that were sent from my previous allergist seemed to provide a challenge to their interpretation. My allergist called them to explain but still they didn’t understand the details. I just moved here from Chicago. Are people this rude in Colorado? I called in to speak to a supervisor so let’s hope I get a call back. I was referred to dr melemed and I would still like to see him but the way this was handled was anything but professional.

Angela PA always takes her time to listen and understand our concerns. She makes sure my 12 year old is aware of what is happening and that she is involved in her health care decisions.
