I've been a customer of great clips for a couple decades and have frequented several locations and I am very satisfied with the care that I have received. The last visit to the North Hover location was one of the better cuts that I have ever received.
I am changing my review entirely and my emotions must have not accepted the fact prior that my last bad haircut here was a one time event. The stylists this time did my hair wonderfully and I got my haircut for free after the prior mistake. The manager was delightful when I left my last review and admitted that my last experience was not ever what they wanted and had a discussion with the stylists that gave me a haircut I did not like. I apologize for the prior comments I made and will continue to come back here after seeing how much they genuinely cared and after the nice haircut and customer service I got here.
The only reason I come here is because of the beautiful, amazing, lovely Sarah!
She saved me from a hair disaster incident about 3 years ago and I have been coming to her at this location ever since!
Always provides the best service and is great at conversation! I will continue to go here as long as Sarah works here. ☺️
