Sergio and Juan, Francia's Painting, did an excellent job painting our exterior brick and two internal rooms, for a reasonable price. We appreciated the estimate options of one or multiple coats and also the ease of adding on small additional tasks for a small dollar amount. Francia's is a local, Longmont, firm and the painting is done by Sergio, who did the estimating. I'm aware that some outside companies will do the estimating and sub contract out the painting, which leads to poor quality. Francia's paint quality was excellent.

They did an incredible job and their lead Sergio had a hawk eye for imperfections that I wouldn’t have even noticed. He also had the attention to detail in making sure the paint was safe across our house’s various vinyl and wood material, adding special chemicals for longevity which I really appreciated.

Sergio and his team did an incredible job on our home exterior in Boulder. I was looking for special attention to detail and Sergio delivered. There were several areas where they could have gone the ‘easy route’ where they chose to go the ‘hard route’ and deliver exceptional service. I don’t leave reviews often, but it was enough to get me to want to leave this 5-star review.
