This feels like a community gathering spot for health-minded people. I always run into people I know, or bring friends along to join me. Instead of catching up over drinks at happy hour, I catch up with friends in the sauna. Scheduling in the app is easy, but if I don't have an appointment, it's never a problem to just walk in and ask for whatever modality is available. My favorites are the sauna/plunge room and the red light bed.
I would highly recommend this place because if you are local in Longmont and you're looking to go to a regular spa. Session once a week, they do offer plenty of services .And also, they will give you a tour and some information on what each piece of equipment does for you, and they will also guide you on the different memberships that they have. And also, how much each service costs
I’ve been coming to Fire & Ice for a couple of months now and love it! The staff are all friendly and helpful, and there’s a great variety of services. Also I want to give a big shout out to Jamie—she’s a thoughtful and experienced esthetician and a perfectly lovely human!
