Eric was fantastic! He called well ahead of time to let me know his ETA, he was incredibly accommodating of the dog in residence, and after treating a soffit that had come loose he even fixed it up and caulked it so it looks like new. Truly above and beyond, and very much appreciated! Enviropest is lucky to have him on their team.

Ryan arrived when he said he would. He clearly described what he would do. He wrapped up by describing what he observed and did. I appreciated he confirmed I understood how long to wait before I let the dogs out.

EDIT: Mr Russell, I want to thank you for correcting this mess. It really means alot and says alot to follow through in fixing this issue. He explained the issues and was very apologetic, and we all know mistakes can happen. I have corrected the review and as mentioend before, up until this issue I had no issues for the many years I was a customer. This level of effort on customer satisfaction speaks volumes on the course correction and I'm glad to say I have no hesitation in recommending them again (I may return myself with the changes they're making. Thanks again Mr Russell, this was amazing customer service!
