I asked for referrals from my neighbors and Blue Valley's name came up often. I had them replace a faucet, and install a heat pump. They were very competent and the work was stellar. Andrew Martinez, Nate and Mason were all really good at what they do.
We had an AC blower fan motor failure and I called another local company to inspect and diagnose. After two weeks and five phone calls, I was told that parts were not ordered and there was no timeline for fixing the unit. I called Blue Valley and they had a HVAC tech out (Jason Baker) within the hour, inspected, conducted diagnostics on the system, and located a replacement blower fan motor within about an hour. I received a call the next day that Jason and new motor were on the way over. My system was up and cooling within 24 hours from my initial call to Blue Valley. Josh and Tom from Blue Valley did an outstanding job installing our new LG heat pump water heater. The installation was neat and tidy, and the space was cleaner than before they started. I also spoke to Eric about eventually replacing our boiler. He's more knowledgeable than most about heat pumps and hydronics, and was honest about the tradeoffs.
Update: we've been having a small issue with the LG water heater where it's not maintaining its set point. John Loos has been here twice and has worked diligently with the LG support team.
