Wow, is all I can say…what a lovely experience with a very knowledgeable and caring provider! Julie was amazing and recommended a very non-invasive treatment to take care of the capillaries on my cheeks and nose that I inherited from my Dad…. it has been bothering me for a few years.She recommended treatments with the Alma Dye VL.. I was totally unfamiliar with it, but the results were instant! No downtime.. basically, no discomfort and no numbing! I’m thrilled with my results and can’t wait to try out some of her other non-invasive face and body treatments!!

I have been going to The Firm Spa since spring. I originally went there to buy a moisturizer that I read was good for acne. My skin was breaking out terrible I have suffered acne most of my adult life. I have tried so many different treatments most of them were not worth the money. When I met Julie the owner I told her how frustrated I was with my acne as well as scaring from acne and truly didn’t know what to do. The Firm Medspa is very personable and took their time with me to understand my needs. I was recommended the Ionzyme machine for aging skin, and I was very pleased with the results. I also love their Truth Treatments products.
