“Overall AMAZING experience! At first, I did have some issues with Ashley among scheduling, detailed instructions for procedure, and obtaining a response. Once I reached out to Jeanette, the owner, she immediately took time out of her day and made sure all my concerns were taken care of and more. She was very apologetic about the issues I had with Ashley and did everything and more to make up for that poor experience. I am never one to complain but the fact the owner immediately made changes to fix the issues and then continued to communicate to make sure I was satisfied with the treatments, I cannot complain! Later I learned that Ashely is no longer working there, but Jeanette reassured me that we will never have these issues again and to always reach out if there is any concern among the treatment or appointments.
