Colorado Kidney Care is highly regarded for its excellent doctors and caring staff. Patients appreciate the attentive and responsive service from both doctors and office staff. Many reviews highlight the doctors’ ability to listen, care, and explain health issues clearly. The office is well run and efficient, with friendly staff at the front desk. However, parking can be difficult, especially during holidays when valet parking is unavailable, and there is a lack of signage to help visitors find parking. Overall, patients feel confident in the quality of care and communication provided by the practice, making it a recommended choice for kidney care.
First time visiting this location. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The staff were pleasant and professional. The doctor took his time and answered all of our questions. Will be continuing with this facility.
This was my first time at their new offices on South Quebec. I truly appreciate this location and the staff here are so nice and pleasant. Dr. Mascarenas is my doctor and he reviewed my test results and answered my questions. Thank you to everyone in this office.
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and got everything ready for my appointment. I saw Joanna, the PA, she was on time and very thorough in answering all my questions. I wasn’t rushed through my appointment, felt they really cared.
