On time and informative. Everyone was warm and efficient. Special shout out to nurse Jacob who spent a lot of time explaining the process and listening to my concerns. Actual procedure was very easy and slept through entire process. Dr came in before and after to further explain what to expect pre and post procedure.Received a follow up phone call to check on my condition. All in all a very good experience.
