“I was greeted for my service visit by a friendly and helpful team member. I was quickly checked in and given an approximate time for the service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. It might be nice to have access to a remote for the TVs, but I can understand how pre-setting a channel can reduce any issues. I was given text updates about my vehicle and was thanked for my visit.

I get where waiting to get your car worked on isn't a dream come true, but everyone on their team made it as cool as possible.
