“They do great work and their peace of mind inspection is a good deal for those of us with high-mileage older vehicles. I’d give them 5 stars if they offered shuttle service in a wider area and/or stayed open a bit later. Was a challenge to find non-working friends to transport me when I dropped off and picked up my car. Scheduling was also tough - I was without my car for 5 days because I left it on a Friday and they don’t work weekends. But I have confidence in the quality of their work.“

“The service is always fine and the people are ok, I guess. The one problem I have and have been informing you all about is how long it always takes and the staffs communication. I always make my appointment for the first slot of the day, and have so far had only simple service needs. Oil changes, software updates and scheduled maintenance. It never fails that I am always one of the last ones out of the shop. I have a hard time believing that any of those services take 10 hours. I am at the point where I feel like you all don’t value my time at all. I sign up for the earliest time slots to help me with my needs and busy schedule and you all repeatedly blow up my day any time I have service needs. On my last review I stated that I don’t even know why I make appointments, especially when walk-ins are getting their vehicles before mine. I own, when they were new in 2024, 200k worth of vehicles from you all. If you can’t get this fixed I will not buy another.“

“I have used this family owned/ run company for 5 years now. They sell me supplies for my shop at a great price and I get a great product. I am a small business as well, so it feels good to support other small businesses here in Colorado. Some small businesses have to charge more money than the big corporations but this is not the case with Malco. I get better products cheaper than all of the big guys.
