The service is always fine and the people are ok, I guess. The one problem I have and have been informing you all about is how long it always takes and the staffs communication. I always make my appointment for the first slot of the day, and have so far had only simple service needs. Oil changes, software updates and scheduled maintenance. It never fails that I am always one of the last ones out of the shop. I have a hard time believing that any of those services take 10 hours. I am at the point where I feel like you all don’t value my time at all. The service team was excellent. They were able to get working on my car right away and had it ready to go quicker than anticipated. The location is great and the facility is very nice. The communication from the time I set the appointment was excellent every step of the way.
I had a leak detected in my car... made an appointment and everything was done timely and efficiently a car works great now :-)
