Huge product selection and a convenient location in Aspen Grove. I just really wish there were more staff to help out. It’s nearly impossible to get assistance quickly when you have a question. When you see a man walk in the door, for example, he’s probably gift shopping and has no idea where to find things and what to select. I waited over 15 minutes and almost left the store without buying anything. It’s kind of ridiculous. If you’re going to skimp on staff, then at least lower your prices to discount rates. You can’t charge full price and have small staffing. Just my humble opinion, and I know my comments won’t change anything. It makes me feel a little...read full review

The customer service today was eh. Came into this specific location because the website said they had something I was looking for in stock - wasn't on the shelf. My husband stopped to ask a yellow haired associate who told us "to come back another day because they were in the process of re-stocking" - seemed super harassed and bothered to be there. Another sweet and helpful associate stopped to ask if I needed help and actually went to the back and grabbed 2 items I was looking for that weren't out! Cashier was weirdly snobby when they couldn't find my account.So 50/50 some of them were sweet but overall meh experience.

Best Ulta ever!! (Let’s mention I’m 32 weeks pregnant) and the girls working the cash registers made me a gift bag with samples because I was “the cutest small pregnant girl” they’ve seen! Definitely made my day! Thanks again!! ✨
