The last couple of times I have dyed my hair has been at Madison Reed. The staff here is amazing my appointments always start on time with some amazing staff going above and beyond. Steven has done my hair in the past and does a phenomenal job. Making sure I get the exact color I want and keeping my hair healthy. This previous time when I went I had Vanessa do my hair. She did an amazing job. I had an event coming up and everyone loved my hair and kept complementing how healthy and incredible it looked. If you are looking for a relaxed incredible hair salon I highly highly recommend Madison Reed with Vanessa or Steven!

This was my first time at a Madison Reed salon and the first time coloring my hair in 20 years, so I was a little nervous. Based on the reviews, I requested an appointment with Steven who was awesome! I wanted to match the color as close as possible to my natural brown. We were in the ballpark but my hair picked up more of the reddish tones in the color we selected. It still looks great but I'll try a different color with less warm tones on my next visit. And I will definitely ask for Steven again! He's great!

Atmosphere was great staff is very friendly. This is not a full service salon. They do color and highlights. Great membership program if you never want to see gray again!!! Would recommend this to everyone.
