Richard was very professional and amazing! My AirBnB guests said there was mold on the ceiling in the basement. Richard picked up my call, scheduled an appt and he was there quicker than any other company. Mind you i rent a lot and have had several instances where something like this happened and no one ever answered the appt so fast! Tested the mold and gave me results in 2 seconds! Luckily it was just normal surface mold because my basement wasn’t very well ventilated. He made my guests feel extremely comfortable, was very friendly and respectful. I am out of state and Richard handled everything perfectly. I know who I will be calling from now on. He is your guy!!! Highly recommend!Thank you again Richard!
