At the suggestion of our Realtor, we contracted with A-Pro to complete an independent inspection of our newly built home prior to closing. Bob (our inspector) was prompt, friendly and courteous. His inspection was thorough and time appropriate (he didn’t hurry), and he offered insights and suggestions along the way. He covered his preliminary report with us before leaving, and we had the completed report the next day.Bob’s thoroughness, honesty and openness has provided us with an extra level of confidence in the quality of our new home. He also suggested a revisit in about a year for a check up, which we thought was a great idea.
We hired this company to do a pre-purchase inspection of a property we were buying. They sent out Bob who was on-time, (actually early), and completely prepared. He did a complete and thorough inspection of the home, and all its various systems. He tested everything, and pointed out problems, or potential problems My wife really liked that he was very personable, and did his best to explain things to her in a non-technical manner. He didn't uncover anything serious, but we felt the inspection was well worth the time and money, especially since it includes a complete, hardbound report for future reference with a maintenance guide and record.
