Booking an appointment was easy, and Grant arrived when he said he would. He had to cut a hole in our drywall to explore a suspected leak, but did so neatly and with minimal damage to the wall. He was competent and professional, and I highly recommend him.
Overall excellent experience with BlackWater Plumbing. Great communication! Speedy service. Detailed explanations of services. In-depth options for additional services. Very reasonable pricing. We just had service from another company and no follow up so we reached out to BlackWater Plumbing and they resolved our issue quickly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
