I had a kitchen sink drain that would not clear, and after three other plumbers looked at it, the problem was still there. Animo Plumbing sent Micah, and he hydro jetted the line and got the clog fully cleared when no one else could. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Jaime was great to talk with and clearly knew a lot about plumbing and drainage systems. I was worried I might have a bigger drain line or field problem, but Jaime helped put my mind at ease and explained that it could be something much simpler. They found that the real issue was the sump pump, which was a huge relief since I was trying to avoid a major repair. They worked hard, explained the process in simple...read full review
I needed a plumber to replace a broken outdoor faucet that was stuck fully on and still dripping even with the hose connected. I was concerned it might take a long time to get service, but they were able to move things around and fit me in much sooner than expected. Jaime arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. He explained the issue clearly, replaced the faucet quickly, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The whole repair went smoothly, and the new spigot no longer leaks. It was a great experience from scheduling to completion, and I would gladly call again for any future plumbing repairs. Highly recommend...read full review
