I called several plumbing companies late in the afternoon for a short-notice kitchen plumbing issue, and Animo Plumbing gave me an honest response right away. Jaime clearly explained the estimate and the expected arrival window, and he also said he would call if anything changed. He followed up as promised and was even able to arrive earlier than expected with Ashton, the master plumber.
