Matthew was excellent. We had several ideas for the plumbing work in our bathroom remodel, and he took the time to walk us through the options and explain what would work best for the layout and the final result we wanted. John came out for our annual plumbing inspection with Alex & Sons Plumbing and found a leaking kitchen shut-off valve in the crawl space. He repaired it quickly, had the needed parts on the truck, and put everything back neatly under the cabinet when he was done. It was also great to get an extra 5% off for having the repair done the same day as the inspection, and with the membership discount the total savings came to 20%. Very pleased with the prompt service, clean work, and how knowledgeable and courteous John was. I have never regretted calling for plumbing help when a problem comes up.
I bought an older fixer-upper near family in Littleton, and it needed plenty of care and updates. Alex & Sons Plumbing has been a big part of my slow but steady plumbing renovations. So far they’ve handled smaller plumbing jobs like replacing faucets, installing a new toilet, and checking a very old water heater that will be replaced soon. robert was easy to work with, the service was reliable, and the whole process made this home project feel much more manageable. i really trust their plumbing work, and there’s no one else i would call. they have been a huge help on this renovation journey.
